These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on D555.CO.UK. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
About Us
D555.CO.UK is operated by The Duke Clothing Co., part of Bassi Fashions Ltd. We specialise in Big and Tall menswear and sell directly to consumers through this website.
Ordering
All orders placed on D555.CO.UK are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.
Delivery
Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. While we aim to meet all delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
D555 Unlimited subscriptions apply to Mainland UK standard delivery only and are subject to separate subscription terms.
Returns and Refunds
Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to notify us that they wish to cancel or return an item. Once cancellation has been notified, customers have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, apart from reasonable handling to check their fit and suitability, and returned with their original tags and packaging where possible. Please include the original invoice or order number.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for partial returns. Where an entire order is cancelled under statutory cancellation rights, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where applicable.
We aim to process eligible refunds within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting returned items, subject to statutory refund deadlines. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Customers should email info@d555.co.uk with their order number to notify us of a return and provide tracking details after dispatch where available. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods will be handled in accordance with statutory consumer rights.

Klarna allows you to shop now and pay later. Klarna’s payment options are subject to eligibility and Klarna’s own terms and conditions. Late payments may affect your ability to use Klarna in the future.
